Our aluminium profiles are produced in Kurtköy and Gebze in a closed area of 25,000 square metres.
HAS Aluminium is equipped with 3 extrusion lines.
Thin sections are produced on the 6″ extrusion press with a press force of 1250 tons. On this line, a batch size of 500 kg is already economically viable.
Larger profiles are produced on the 7″ extrusion press with a press force of 2000 tons. Economic production on this press is already possible with a batch size of as little as 1.000 kg.
From the beginning of 2025, an additional 8″ extrusion press with a press force of 2500 tons will be in operation.

Our two presses have an annual capacity of 16,000 tons. By early 2025, our annual capacity will reach 25,000 tonnes.
In addition to the standard alloys of the 6000 series (such as 6060, 6063, 6463, 6082, 6101, 6005), the alloys of the 1000 and 3000 series are also used in our production.
